I have done my lasik operation 3 years ago i don't have any prblm now no spex nothing and as I'm indulge in studies 12-13 hours daily and use cel. Phone gadgets so I want to knw some basic tips to prevent and keep healthy eye sight always

While working in front of a screen Take frequent breaks every 20 mins for 20 secs and look at distant objects. Keep ur pc screen at a level below ur eye level. Avoid direct blow of AC or fan in the eyes . use carboxymethyl cellulose CMC 1% eyedrops like refresh liquegel 3 times a day (lubricant).
