If vaccination 2 doses are given nothing is required. Protection will be up to 99%. And there are no medicines to prevent the infection. Only vaccination is the option. Don't get exposed to the persons who are infected with chicken pox. If any evidence of infection(rash) is there we can use medicines only to decrease severity and duration.
