Pressure in head
Have been diagnosed with Somatci Anxiety. I have been struggling with it from last 6 years now. From last 1 year I feel pressure in head/ giddiness 24 hrs and 7 day a week. I feel tired all time, back ache, muscle aches, head aches... I am under the supervision of an physiatrist however I haven't felt better. An proper guidance or advise might help. Thanks in Advance.!!

Tremors, feeling anxious or nervous, sense of panic, sweating, increased heartbeat, feeling of impending doom, stomach discomfort, dizziness etc are signs of anxiety. These can be debilitating. If the anxiety us overwhelming, consult a psychiatrist at the earliest. With the right medication and counseling, it is likely your symptoms will improve.
