Prescription for uphold tablet

Asked for Male, 35 Years

Previously diagnised with Erectile dysfunction & dr. Tested blood for diabetes. All tests were normal and prescibed me uphold tablet. Was 4 tablet to0 complete in 2 weeks. Now again not erectile dysfunction but weakness occured for lasting & premature ejaculation. I had recently tested blood for normal health checkup every thing is fine even diabetes not detected, I dont want to spend 1000k for consultancy of same dr. Who prescribed me uphold tablet. so can i have prescription for uphold tablet.
