HELLO, YES YOU CAN START TEN DAYS BEFORE FOR FOUR DAYS ONE AT NIGHT, AFTER DINNER WITH MILK N STOP ON FIFTH DAY. BREAKTHROUGH BLEEDING WILL BE THEIR WITHIN48-72HRS. O.K,
