PrEP (pre-exposure prophylaxis)

Asked for Male, 20 Years

I don't have HIV but due to my recent increase in sexual intercourse with multiple partners and my bleeding gums, I am putting myself at high risk on getting HIV I have stopped oral sex but thats not a solution for life time. I am 22 male 5'11 85kgs healthy,hiv negetive. My question is how should I start the meds and due to corona virus I won't be traveling so I need a doctor who can schedule a phone call with me.
