I have premature ejaculation but my sperm count is good sperm count 57 million motility 50%. With premature ejaculation problem my wife get pregnant.Please suggest me

U are not very clear with your statement there, I am not sure if u are asking that, if Ur wife can get pregnant or u r saying that your wife got pregnant because of PME.
