Premature ejaculation

I have been facing prematute ejaculation for long time , i have visited doctor and he asked to take clofranil 10 mg once per day, then following years i have taken pexip 12.5 cr and nexiton 10 mg for the same problem ,
But when i take a table i feel good in ejaculation if i stop taking tablet again with a min i m ejaculating i m getting married on 29th april.can you help me on this.

U can try masturbating 3-4 hours before sex, it will make you last longer in bed. U can also use start and stop technique. U can go for pelvic muscles excercise (e.g. Kegel exercise). If u r overthinking about ur ability to satisfy your partner, u need anxiolytic medicine before sex to overcome this.
