Your profile says you are 31 Male and at 70 kg and have 5.3 feet height. These show that there may be a typing error. and I assume you are female. Going by your weight and height, you are overweight. and you need to reduce weight. But in pregnancy this loss of weight is harmful. Hence be on the guard about what you eat. Our food consists of Proteins, carbohydrates and Fats. Proteins are the building blocks of life and fats and carbohydrates are sources of energy. Each fruit contains 50 calories on an average. Larger fruits may have more. Fruits contain fructose variety of sugar and this is used as energy by the body. If taken in excess, it can cause carbohydrates to accumulate and it gets converted to fat for storage. Thus you will put on more weight if you keep on consuming a imbalanced diet.
Next Steps
Meet a dietician and get a meal chart for you. The proteins when consumed provide the required material for baby to grow and also prevent hunger pangs. Thus those who wish avoid fat deposition and keep healthy, can take high protein low fat diet
Health Tips
Daals of all kinds like chana, moong, chawli, matki, tur, urad, chhole, rajma all have high protein in them. use them in boiled form. and snack on these.
