Hi doc..i have pcos and my left ovary position is slightly high than original position so in hsg scan the result came as one tube is blocked..i have undergone 2times iui still no success..my husband count everything s normal.suggest me your opinion on this doc..

As far as I can gather from the information provided you have two factors that could lead to sub-fertility. Anovulation and unilateral Tubal blockage. In view of two unsuccessful IUI, I would suggest a day 21 progesterone, diagnostic laparoscopy with chromotubation followed by controlled ovarian stimulation ( with metformin / aromatase inhibitors) with IUI for few cycles if anovulation is established. At 24, in view of good oocyte quality and reserve I would recommend deferring an IVF.
However, do consult your infertility specialist for further advice.
