hi taking gelusil should not hurt pregnancy. the heart burn is because of acid brash .causes your baby growing and there is a lot of laxness of oesophgeal sphincter that is also hormonal. so you could take small meals not bulky
after meals dont immediately sleep. keep your head end high with pillows behind your head or try lying down on recliner.
