Pregnency after taking i pill

Asked for Female, 31 Years

I had unprotected sex with my husband. I had take ipill on 3 day before 72 hr. I missed my period and today I checked with pregganews....I find that I am pregnant. I am very much scared right now. Secondly does ipill have any side effect on the baby???
