How upcoming child can be well protected from IGm 6.6 infection as I got conceived now and I was earlier affected with Toxoplasmosis Gondi and lost my first sin due to neural tube defects.please doctor let me explain me that my upcoming child will have no problem

Consult obstetrician. Depending upon the levels your doctor will advise you course if proper medicines. Continue taking folic acid. You have not mentioned age of pregnancy. If early then do Beta Hcg blood test. If passed 6 weeks then do ultrasound. If more than that then do NT scan at 12-13 weeks. You can ask for amniocentesis to rule out abnormalities in baby due to toxoplasmosis.
