Me and my gf had sex on 8th December adter which she took i pill. From 14th december she started to bleed till 20th. Her normal period date was 27th but they didn't come. Today its jan 16 but still her periods are not there. Could she be pregnant ?

If she took I pill within 72 hour of sex, chances are almost nil for pregnancy..and because she had bleeding for 7 days after pills, so period ll b little delayed in this cycle.don't worry.
Next Steps
she can wait for upto 7 days post her period date in this cycle, dat is till 3/ 4 th Feb for periods
