You seem to be suffering from viral cold which is a common type of nose infection. There are very few cold medicines which can be used safely during pregnancy. You need to consult nearby ENT specialist. For nose block you can use saline nasal drops which are available over the counter
Next Steps
Consult nearby ENT specialist for confirmation of diagnosis and appropriate treatment if required
