Last night when I went to pee and wiped off after peeing, I noticed some brown discharge, a thin sticky type discharge.
In the morning I haven’t noticed anything and I am having no pain in my stomach or back.

It's quite normal. Again if you see any bloody diachargr then better to do scanning.
