Pregnancy without penetration

Dear mam, please tell me the risk of pregnancy without a penitration, I did not ejaculated but just touch my sex organ to the bumps of A lady and A fluid came out that touches to her bump. Lady is still virgin and she touch that fluid with her hand and wipe off with the cloths. After 15 minutes she do fingers to her vagina. I want to know the details about chances of pregnancy in this case. Please explain in A broad ways...
