Pregnancy weight gain
My wife is in 24th week of pregnancy and she has gained about four kilos in the last 4 weeks. I have searched online and it shows she should gain about half kilo per week but in my case it is more by half kilo per week. She has already gained about 10 kilos during her pregnancy. Is it a matter of concern? If so how can she control her weight and how much should be the maximum weight gain by the end of full term pregnancy?
