Pregnancy symptoms

Asked for Female, 26 Years

I have checked my pregnancy test ( Urine ) on 30th sep and it turned to be positive and ystday did beta hcg test and it was 1555.2 and my LMP was Aug 5th 2017. Doctor asked me to ultrasound and thy found out that my uterus was empty so they asked me to vaginal scanning to find out whtr the baby is in the tube but fortunately baby was not ther too. So what does this mean ? Am I safe ? Or is there anything to worry. I feel very tired and urinating frequently and have food aversion. Can someone help me out. I'm so tensed.
