I am 42 years old and my husband 44 years. We have one 13 yrs old girl child. All we three keeping good health. I had undergone an overien cust operation before marriage and after marriage conceived after 2 missed abortions and had a normal delivery. Now we wish to have one more child. Is it going to be risky in this age?

Pregnancy after 30 is associated with increased foetal anomaly due to ageing of sperm and ova.but you can have pregnancy with proper treatment and regular screening to rule out any anomaly.
