She conceived pregnancy but in ultrasound there is no heartbeat of baby after 7 wks. Sir can u suggest me in this case .is it matter of worry or not. And what I should next.

Heartbeat shud have started by now .. But sometimes dates would be altered .. So rpt scan after a wk if same , sorry to say but then mite b a missed abortion !! Gud luck tc
