Pregnancy related query
I am 28 weeks pregnant. I am suffering from mild fever (99° F) from yesterday accompanied by headache and sore throat. I have taken two P-650 (1 in morning and 1 in night). Can I take another dose today? Does it harm the baby? How much paracetamol is safe during pregnancy?

Yes you can today also. Dose of paracetamol should be 10-15mg/kg for a single dose. You can repeat it on 6hrs of interval. But taking of para650 is not your proper treatment.
Next Steps
You should consult to your family doctor for sore throat which may be the cause of your fever.
