CRL of more than 7 with no cardiac activity is definitely a failed pregnancy/miscarriage .
I would suggest you to consult an obgyn asap. You may need medications for evacuation of uterus.
Also if you are planning for pregnancy again , first it is advisable to resolve the fibroids with medications (as they are too small) or if required removal of all fibroids first and then plan for pregnancy. Also tendency of fibroids reoccurrence is more specific in high aged women.

Hello, can you take a consult so that we will be able to interact more please? I would like to know more about your wife's condition.
But looking at the report now, it does loom like a miscarriage.
But please do take a consult so that I can explain better to you after more information
Thank you :)
