I had completed 6 cycles of letrozole in that 2 cycles i got pregnant but it got aborted.now im in 7th cycle my reports are normal.im having unexplained infertility...in this cycle doctor suggested letrozole 2.5 mg for morning 2 tablet and nyt 2 tablets..so total 10mg ..is that fine or is it overdose

Routine dose of letrozole is 2.5 to 7.5 mg/day Higher dose are given to those who fail to ovulate with routine doses. 10mg is not overdose though.
