Hi, My wife has got her last periods on 11th jan'16 , from then till date she has not got her periods(04.03.2016) , and we are expecting second baby after 2.5yrs , we have done test at home and i came -ve. could you pl sugget what precautions do we need to take for getting immediate pregnancy?

Hello..
Well I think it's better to go for ultrasound scan to rule out pregnancy first because upt is just a initial test for pregnancy.. It may show false negative also...secondly if its negative... You can plan for the next baby after discussing with the gynaecologist... You need to plan out intercourse in the fertile period of your cycle so that chances of pregnancy are more...then you also need to take good care of yourself.. Eat well...thank you
