Hi, I am 32-year female. I am planning for pregnancy. my periods are almost regular. which days are perfect for try to conceive fast( after periods). please advise.

Pregnancy occurs when there is fertilization of ovum by sperm. Ovulation occurs 14 days prior to next period. It has life of 24 to 48 hrs so midperiods alternate days relation increase probability of pregnancy. Start folic acid tablet daily once.
