Hello, Fragmin is an anticoagulant used to prevent blood clots such as deep vein thrombosis, pulmonary embolism or clot in placenta causing growth delay in Baby. It can be given both subcutaneous and intravenous. Intravenous injection are given in hospital setting where there are personal for monitoring any bleeding complications. Don't worry, if you see easy bruising, gum bleeding or bleeding from any site, abdominal pain, giddiness, please visit nearby emergency care hospital or your doctor immediately, otherwise don't worry.
