Asked for Female, 40 Years

Periods continue but my bally is bloating and feel tight and sensitive . back pain ,headache , food appetite is increased .and feel tired . and also feel pelvis pain and can not stand long time . I expect 6 week pregnancy . today i take urine HCG test but it is negative . May I pregnant ?
