I am 4 weeks pregnant and its confirmed.I am feeling pains around my stomach area. Is it fine to get pains like it?

hello there.
a little amount of pains or cramps are normal during the initial period of pregnancy.
and its because your uterus or the ligaments of the uterus are stretching.
consult a gynaecologist for more info.
