Hello doctor I m in my first trimester...By profession i m a lecturer...I m going to my college daily with my hubby in car...Roads r not properly well maintained....So my question is it safe to daily up n down in car ??

If you avoid up down then it will much better because 1st trimester is main so you have to maintain every thing in that then its better for you.
