I got married in June 30, 2018.. we had our physical relationship the very next day on July 1,2018.. when I inserted my finger , she started bleeding n pained a lot to her. On Aug 4th I got to knew that she is conceved.. her last LMP was June 25,2018.. can u please tell me her pregnancy month ?? Her family says she is 4th month. But our marriage date shows , we have finished just 3 months as of today .. please clear my doubt.
