My partner thinks shes pregnant because shes keeps bleeding heavily and shes tired and she says that she has a bump on her stomach. When we had sex ee didn't use any sort of birth controls. she feels like shes pregnant and i believe her.

She can confirm her pregnancy with urine pregnancy test.if it comes negative then she should visit a gynecologist for further investigations. Hormonal analysis n Sonography ll be helpful for her to know the cause for heavy bleeding n to check pregnancy status.
