I missed my period this April so I took home pregnancy test on 28 april Friday it was positive. Then suddenly started heavy bleeding 4,5 hours on 1 may then stops. Then I admitted in emergency for check up they did my blood test was positive means pregnant, urine test had no infection. They did my ultrasound didn't find any sac image so doctor told me you were pregnant and I miscarriage. Then little spots. Today 4 may I had a lots of abdominal pain cramps started heavily bleeding. So tell me exactly what's going wrong with me due to this condition. Please help me out of this miscarriage or early pregnancy? Here Dr. said for surgical cleanup, but I am returning India on 15th may, so I don't want to be done here in Mexico, please recommend me some medication to control the situation of pain.

Waiting for another ten days with that pain is not advisable. It might lead to infection. Anyways you should be taking a course of antibiotics and painkillers. Get all your routine blood investigations done. If pain is unbearable please go to your Gynaec.....and get it cleaned right away.
