Hi nice query, for constipation try following 1. Fybogel  1tsf  twice a day before  meals . It's isapgol husk powder with no side effects 2.castor oil  2 tsf twice a day  . Morning empty stomach and evening 1 hrs before dinner. See timings are different what others advice.This timings are according to ayurved approach. You definitely be free of constipation.
