Pregnancy labor
Hi I am 37 week pregnant.. cervix is 3 cm dilate and having mild bleeding as well. But there is no contraction.. should I wait or go to hospital.

Please go to the hospital and get an examination done. Sometimes the cervix is open but not necessarily actively dilating, which happens only during active labour. The bleeding could just be a show, signalling that you may get into labour soon, but you need to be examined, to rule out other causes of bleeding.
