I have done my tvs today it shows bilateral mild bulky multifollicular ovaries right ovary measure 4.0cm*1.7cm and left ovary 3.9cm*1.7cm. What this mean is this pcod Can i conceive plzzz sugg

Yes multiple small follicles with bulky ovaries suggestive of pcos. With pcos it's easy to conceive. What's about your age? Are you 45? Then the scenario changes.
