  4. Pregnancy issue. Anything worry about?

Hi,I had an ultrasound on 20th February and according to that I am 7weeks 1day. Gestational sac is 24.4mm and yolk sac is seen but no fetal pole. My doctor asked me to have ultrasound after a week that is on 27 Feb. Is this normal? I don't have morning sickness or vomiting or bleeding or any other issues. Could you please tell me why this happens. Or anything worry about?
