Pregnancy Issue
Dear Doctor,
My wife age 27 years, periods are not coming up to 2 months, her menstrual cycle was 28 days but it is now 2 months are over she is not having periods. we are a newly married couple (married in 2016 april) and planning for a child. the praga test are negative. she is taking some medicines related to pregnancy like; ovablace and others supplementary vitamins medicines.
pl advice that either she is pregnant or something else

If she was pregnant, it would have shown on the pregnancy test. But it is better to re do the test in a certified lab using early morning urine
Married since April 2016, you have completed one year and more after marriage. If you wish to have a pregnancy, get properly treated. I hope you have consulted your Gynecologist for the 2 m absence of period.

Irregular period means your wife appears to be having hormonal imbalance which makes the ovum release erratic. You need change of medicines to make it happen regularly. So either report to your gynecologist about it or change the gynecologist
