Hello there.
I can understand your concern.
The test which you have attached here is a thyroid function test and not a pregnancy test.
There is nothing related to pregnancy here.
And by the way, the thyroid function test is also normal.
Tell her.
She is just 18, so don't do anything for which you will have to repent later.
