Does 7th day after menstruation period ends and withdrawal happened in an unprotected sex, and still the woman take contraceptive pills ethinyl estradiol levonorgestrel night after the sex until now as 3 days after the unprotected sex. Does it has a chance of pregnancy? What percentage.

Yes. Any unprotected sex always carries a chance of pregnancy. Can't say what percentage since the patients accurate menstrual history and drug dosages are not provided. Anyway, no method is foolproof. Pre-ejaculatory semen also contains sperms, which can result in pregnancy. Always use a protection. Occasional consumption of pills never provides complete contraception.
