I m planning for baby n I am pcos with regular periods. This month my periods was due on 27-28 January and I missed it. I did my pregnancy test on 3rd feb which was negative. Is there any chance that I am pregnant and should I go for another test ? If yes then by when ?

Try to do a test again after 5-6 days...as you may have what is called as delayed conception...if not then there are certain investigations you need to do to evaluate if ovulation is happening... connect with me online if any further query...all the best
