Hi I'd like to know if climbing stairs is okay in 4th week of pregnancy & traveling by train for a 8 hour journey is fine?

Dear ,don't worry. Ideally travelling is avoided in first three and last three months . If u cannot avoid ,then travelling by train is always safe,.take all safety majors which we fallow during travelling like dont eat outside food ,heavy weight lifting all those. Climbing stairs not a problem as much as u won't get tired and exhausted  Most important take suggestion of your treating gynaecologist .
