Ideally travelling is avoided in first three and last three months .
If u cannot avoid ,then travelling by train is always safe,.take all safety majors which we fallow during travelling like dont eat outside food ,heavy weight lifting all those. Climbing stairs not a problem as much as u won't get tired and exhausted
