Hello Doctors,
My wife urine test came positive on day 29 from LMP. On the same day HCG blood test value was 181. Doctor askedto continue folic and susten 300 tablets for 4 days and repeat the hcg test. On day 33, HCG value is 165. Value has decreased. Doctor asked to continue same tablets. Anything to worry as the value decreased.

Continue the treatment , and repeat the beta hcg level after 48 hrs. If it's decreasing, then it could be a failing pregnancy
