Regular ante natal check up, TT shots in 5 th and 7 th month, do Ultrasound scans at specified periods, like NT scan now with triple marker blood test, Anomaly scan a little later. More importantly, if you are from INDIA, register for RCH ID and get a PICME number. It is mandatory for registering birth. Contact your local VHN or your obstetrician
