Hi I had cross my periods for 48 days.Already test by prega news.Report was "Negative" also test in laboratory. Report same "Negative". Please suggest what I have to do now.

Wait for a week. Since your test is negative, may by due to hormonal imbalance.
If you do not get your periods in a week, then consult your gynec.

Hello, delay in periods is caused by hormonal imbalance (like prolactin, oestrogen, progesterone,) hypothyroidism, reproductive tract infections, PCOS, anemia,fibroids, stress, pregnancy, taking emergency contraceptive pills etc, redo the pregnancy test using kit or else you need to be examined kindly consult a gynecologist.
