Kindly refer to the Sonography and Gynaec analysis...We have been advised that the baby is underweight and hence the delivery should be delayed with medications. Since the baby would be weak ot would not be able to push through and there is a possibilty that he may defecate inside the womb. Also there would be a possibility for the baby to be kept in an incubator post delivery. I would like to know is the advise correct. Also how safe is it to delay the delivery.

Hi, get one repeat scan by feral Medicine doctor.1-2 weeks lag is acceptable at this gestational age.No need to worry.You should be careful about the baby movements and Follow up with Scan(fetal medicine Doctors) once in 2 weeks.
