Pregnancy Confusion

Asked for Male, 28 Years

I was taking treatment from August 2020 TO Nov 2020 on my PCOD. In November 2020 My PCOD is very mild. Right overy 12.6cc & left overy 14.6 cc. I stopped pills from November 2020. And getting regular Periods in November & December with almost 30 days cycle. My last month period is 17 Dec. 2020 but still I didn't getting any Period. On 20th January I feels some red stopping for two days with very watery fluid. Am I pregnant? I'm too worried! Please help me I'm waiting for your response.
