It is unlikely to be normal, I would advise you to visit a gynecologist so that you can be evaluated and undergo investigations such as ultrasound to find the underlying cause and have it treated accordingly. The pcos could have been the possible reason but there are multiple other factors which it could be. I would advise you to correct your PCOS. These following steps should help making your periods regular and correct your PCOS:
- Avoid fatty, oily, fried and junk food
- Exercise regularly (minimum 30-45mins/day)
- Destress yourself with practices such as yoga/meditation
- Maintain a healthy body and diet (Maintain a healthy weight as per your BMI)
- Have vegetable juices
- Include corn, beets, lettuce, drumsticks, and pumpkin seeds in your daily diet
- Avoid smoking and alcohol if you have the habit
