About pregnancy and Pcos

Asked for Female, 31 Years

I had 2 miscarriages and now I m planning for pregnancy,consulted doc regarding that..as per the suggestion I got tested with Apla test which is normal, karyotyping test report is still pending and 3d pelvic scan which read Multicystic appearing overies...till now I dint have any symptoms of PCOS..my periods was regular,there was no problem with conceiving...now I m worried about the report and from one month I m having dull pain in my left abdomen and I have leg pain(both legs) I m attaching d report..pls let me know what problem I m going through..what might be the reason for miscarriages (terminated at 2months 10days)
