If a person touch penis with hand and when that hand is kept into vagina then is there any chance of pregnancy

Hello.. Well dear if there is any chance of contact with the semen then only there are chances of pregnancy...So in your case you don't mention about it so there is no chance of pregnancy . I hope am clear enough . Thank you
